Sprint 5000 jogs, staples and folds in one operation. It can produce booklets up to 88 pages off line. It can interface with a number of collators for automatic operation.
The Sprint 5000 has 2 stapling heads and 5 stapling positions using high-capacity 5000 staple cartridges. Heavy-duty staple clinchers produce flat-finish staples in saddle, corner and side positions. When staples run out, it automatically stops and sounds an alert. It has fold only capability and features a power exit conveyor and a transparent safety access cover, which must be closed to operate.
The machine is mounted on heavy-duty casters. A face trimmer is optional.
