Medium duty, manual setup folding machine. Folds 16-28 lb. bond paper up to legal size. 150 sheet hopper.
The Martin Yale 1501X folding machine has been a longstanding workhorse. The hopper holds up to 150 sheets for automatic feed, or you can feed up to 3 sheets at a time manually of 20 lb. bond weight paper, even with staples. The Martin Yale 1501X folding machine can handle up to legal size paper in 4 different folds and the Church fold (8.5" x 14" paper is folded to letter size with a 3" flap inside). Some machines will only do a half fold on legal size paper. It is small, weighs 23 lbs. and is easy to set up and use. PLEASE NOTE: It is NOT SUITABLE for COATED OR PHOTO PAPER.
To begin, you set the type of fold that you want by moving the 2 knobs that set the fold stops on the front and back removable plates. Then, place paper in the hopper of the Martin Yale 1501X CV-7 Automatic Paper Folder and press the start button. The sheets will be folded in a few minutes and neatly stacked in the output slot. It operates at 7500 sheets an hour.
