Triumph 4815 SemiAutomatic Cutter with Digital Display

The Triumph 4815 Semi-automatic Cutter with digital display has an SCS (Safety Cutting System) package which includes a hinged, transparent electronically controlled front safety guard, a transparent safety cover on rear table, a main switch, and a safety lock with key. The cutter is electronically controlled, for true two-hand operation. 24 volt controls (low voltage) translates to low energy costs. The Triumph 4815 has a patented IDEAL safety drive, automatic blade return from every position, and a disc brake for instant blade stops. The blade and cutting stick can be changed without removing the covers, and the blade changing device covers the cutting edge of the blade. There is a blade depth adjustment on the outside of the machine, and there is also an electric blade drive.

The Triumph 4815 has a Solingen steel blade with a solid steel blade carrier and adjustable blade guides. The manual spindle clamp is guided on both sides to apply even pressure along the entire cutting width. There are dual side guides on the front and rear tables, and the spindle-guided back gauge has a calibrated crank, narrow separations, and plastic gliders. There is a digital display for precise back gauge positioning and a bright, LED optical cutting line for convenience.

The all-metal construction will provide years of service. Comes with a stand and a storage shelf.
