Triumph VRCut 5260 Automatic Programmable Cutter

Triumph 5260 20-3/8" Automatic Programmable Cutter has a SCS (Safety Cutting System) package: IR light beam safety curtain on front table; transparent, electronically controlled safety cover on rear table; main switch and safety lock with key; electronically controlled, true two-hand operation; 24 volt controls (low voltage); patented IDEAL safety drive; automatic blade and clamp return from every position; disc brake for instant blade stop; blade changing device covers cutting edge of blade; blade depth adjustment from outside of machine; and an easy blade change in the front of machine without removing covers.

It also has an electric blade, a clamp, and a back gauge drive. A programmable, back gauge control module touch pad with multilingual operator guidance and a digital display. The measurement readout is in cm or inches (accurate to 1/10 mm or 1/100 inch). There are 99 programs with up to 99 steps in each program (up to 15 repeat cuts can be integrated into a program as a single step). A 10-button touch pad for presetting measurements and preprogrammed measurements for standard paper sizes. A memory button for repeat cuts. A SET function button for reference measurement, and REPEAT CUT and EJECT functions. An electronic hand wheel with variable speed control for manual back gauge setting, and a bright, LED optical cutting line.

There are patented, two-step blade activation bars with separate trigger points for the blade and clamp that provide convenient, two-hand operation. A self-diagnostic system with error indication on display. The clamp is guided on both sides for evenly distributed clamping pressure. A precision spindle-guided back gauge with narrow separations and plastic gliders. There are dual side guides on the front and rear tables, a high quality German steel blade, a solid steel blade carrier, and adjustable blade guides. An integrated drop-in tool holder that is located above the rear table. It is all-metal construction and includes a stand and a storage shelf.
